Shipping Locations

We currently ship to Canada and the United States only.

Carriers

Orders are shipped using Canada Post, Purolator, and UPS, depending on destination, package size, and service availability. Carrier selection is at our discretion to ensure the best delivery option for your order.

Order Processing Time

Orders are generally prepared the same day, but please allow up to 2 business days for processing.
Some items are handmade or made to order, which may require additional preparation time.

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping Time Estimates

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Canada & USA: Approximately 3–10 business days after dispatch

Shipping costs are based on weight and destination:

Canada

  • 0–2 kg: $19.99
  • 2–4 kg: $25.99
  • 4–6 kg: $39.99

United States

  • 0–2 kg: $35.00
  • 2–4 kg: $45.00

Free shipping on orders over $200

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery within Campbell River for a flat rate of $5.00.

Tracking Information

Tracking is provided for most orders once shipped.
Please note that tracking may not be available in all cases, depending on the carrier and service selected.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

For U.S. orders, customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be applied by their country. These charges are not included in shipping costs and are outside of our control.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost Packages

Packages are considered lost only once officially declared lost by the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Shipping Delays

Shipping delays may occur and are sometimes unavoidable. Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier. We appreciate your patience during any extended transit times.

Damaged Items

All products are carefully packaged; however, if your order arrives damaged:

  • Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery confirmation
  • Photo evidence is required, including:
    • The condition of the outer packaging
    • The damaged product
    • Close-ups of the affected areas

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

Product Care & Fragility Notice

All products are handmade and may be fragile. Many items are heat-sensitive and should not be left in warm environments, as melting or damage may occur. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper storage after delivery.
